To harness the full potential of nanotechnology, research, business and policy need to collaborate to harmonise international standards, classifications and national and global safety and compliance regulations for nanotechnology.

NanoS (Nano Standard) is a project attempting to aid collaboration processes in international standardisation for nanotechnology. In this project we assist and interact with multitude project teams involved in international standardisation for nanotechnology, in the form of organising complex standardisation projects through use of ontology engineering techniques.

NQCG supports global standards by participating in their development and maintenance, and designing them into our products.

NQCG's primary research interest is the realization of quantum simulators capable of complex computations in the fields of nanoscience and continuum mechanics.


NQCG is developing an open semantic e-infrastructure system and international collaborative environment for open-source research, standardization and innovation in future and emerging convergent technologies and the integration of state-of-the-art techniques of ontology design.
